Returns and Exchanges

If you are not totally pleased for any reason, you may return the goods within 7 days of purchase and we will gladly issue a refund, less P&P charges. Returns of beads that have been removed from their temporary string are not accepted.

 

Orders that are damaged, broken, or unfinished must be reported verbally within three days; no responsibility may be accepted after that time. This has no bearing on your statutory rights. The Goods must be returned in their original condition, along with proof of purchase. When returning products, please contact us first at Chiragbeads@gmail.com.

 

It is highly advised that you provide evidence of mailing when returning things since we are not liable for packages that are lost in transit. Due to current EU hygiene restrictions, we are unable to provide a refund or exchange for earring findings.

 

The following products are not exchangeable or returnable.

1-Cut chains
2-Cut Threads
3-Starter Kits
4-All earring supplies.

 

Please note that if the value of the items that you’re returning takes your total order below our P&P limit then the amount you will be refunded will be the value of the goods returned less the relevant P&P charge due on your order.

 

Except for faulty goods or items incorrectly dispatched we reserve the right to charge a handling fee of 15%. Beads that have been dyed cannot be accepted for a refund. Special orders, earring supplies, and cut chains cannot normally be refunded.

 

Exchanges

We are happy to accept exchanges, simply return the unwanted items to us along with details of your order number, full name and address, and details of what you’d like instead. Please remember to include your Whatsapp number as we will need to contact you to take payment for P&P. P&P charges for exchanges will start at 250 Rupees for India and "3" USD for the other countries. and may be greater for large or heavy items. We recommend that you return your items by Recorded Delivery as we can’t be responsible for items that are lost or damaged in the post.

 

Dyed Beads

 

Surface-dyed beads are not something we can be held accountable for, and in the event of a claim, the seller's liability will never go above the item's invoice amount.

 

Costs

 

The prices listed are accurate as of this date, but we reserve the right to change them at any time, for any reason.

 

Quantities

 

As shown by the package quantity, supplied. It is not possible to break or combine the colors of these packets to get a larger quantity for a reduced price.

 

Imperfect Materials

 

Faulty items will be replaced if proven to be defective in manufacturing, but no liability for consequential loss or damage of any kind will be accepted in relation to goods sold.
